Dear Friends,
Thank you for healing love. I revel in your thoughts and prayers. And my daily improvement has accelerated. I will soon be back to normal, only kinder and wiser.
As you know, I don’t believe we can separate the physical from the mental and spiritual. I had a physical issue, a sprained sacroiliac, diagnosed by a chiropractor. BUT I am left to complete the diagnosis, to include the mental and spiritual.
I love that only I can do that … and that I don’t have to be right, just honest. To be in integrity with myself, I must shine a light on the truth, reaching as deep into my unconscious as I can see.
Some people might find that daunting, but I am right now exhilarated as I type.
Sam and I joke that we’re just getting started, but I believe the joke. Like much of our humor, it comes from a deep place of knowing. I turned 63 this year; and Sam turns 70 in November. Please don’t let age fool you in to thinking that you’re finished or that you have to wind down.
Life gets richer. And rather than yield to physical aging, we can nurture our resilience and yield, instead, to the strength and stamina of spirit.
Love is smiling on us.
