Mom miracle …

So excited for Mom yesterday. Nick asked if she wanted to get in the pool. This time she said, “Yes.” And with that, he gently carried her down each step into the water. I’m so grateful for Nick, and Valerie, and John who gather around Mom, so often and in so many ways. Happy at 93 demands ongoing awareness and effort. And love provides exactly that. Mom also had a new visitor yesterday, somebody who knew her when … and she realized that to be remembered by more people than you can remember is a beautiful thing.
