Spring is arriving, even as my fingers type. The hibiscus trees are sprouting tiny leaves that quickly fill their branches. And I’m watching the ginger grow at the rate of a weed. I LOVE the green, the growth, the gumption of spring! It helps me say yes to life; because I know there’s nothing to stop me.
Ah, it’s easier to say yes when we believe. Well, I believe in me. I believe in you. The winds purge us and fill us with another round of life. I’m ready with outstretched arms. I don’t want to fight the wind. I want to be the wind.
I want to lose my defenses. I don’t want to be afraid. I want to fly. I want to fall down as many times as I must to soar … and then I want to learn to soar higher.
We can’t learn to walk — or fly — without falling and learning to get back up. Falling isn’t staying down. It’s getting up stronger than we were.
Let’s take flight … on this a new day. There is only now. Nothing to regret. Nothing to worry about.
Love is now,
