Grateful for grace …

Dear Friends,

I so appreciate grace! The other day a friend seemed to lash out at me on Facebook. I didn’t personalize it or feel defensive, knowing in my heart it wasn’t about me. I said nothing.

But then another friend, one I’ve never meant made a post to my group page. And it was clearly more than a coincidence. I couldn’t have conjured up a more perfect response.

God covered any doubt in my mind before I even had a chance to go there. He knows I’m open to soul searching and learning from criticism.

But I’m thinking he also knows that sometimes we just have more important work than dissecting criticism.

Grace is a beautiful thing. And it’s always there. Let’s not waste our time reacting defensively.
