Jogged again yesterday on the trails near the hotel. Since Sam was working late, thought I’d do four miles, instead of my usual two. As I got started, I decided I’d be content with three. Then, I decided I’d be GRATEFUL for three.
And THEN I realized there was some fear in there … if I jogged four, I’d have to do it again, or top four. Lousy reasoning, right? I jogged the four miles.
The truth really does free us, to be our best. And we don’t have to worry about where that leads!
