Do you have homework to do?

You don’t truly know it, unless you’re truly living it. This has been impeccably clear to me for a very long time in matters of love and spirit and heart.

But it has recently become clear to me in practical matters, as well. If we’re not living financial success, we don’t truly know how yet. If we’re not losing the weight we want to lose, we don’t really know how yet. And we can learn!

Grant it, we can’t actually draw a line between the practical and the spiritual, because they act to strengthen and weaken each other. That need not stop us from learning what we need to know in every area, though.

Love does its homework.
