Dear Friends … Holding on to love
When we have to bite our tongue to keep the peace with somebody else, we may be biting more than our tongue, and losing peace with our self. Better to take a deep breath: Breathe in love and breathe out fear, fear of pain, fear of anger, fear of offending, fear of loss. The only thing you want to hold on to is love; and that means holding on to you, all of you. And when holding on to you means letting go of a friend, a family member, or even a partner, let go. When you cling to anything or anybody out of fear, you push love aside. You lose what matters.
Hold on to authentic love. And trust the ramifications of that choice to serve your highest good. They will. Every time.
