The uglier the problem, the more attractive the solution is. The greater the challenge, the greater the reward.
Sometimes, in the face of the challenge, we forget … or we get tired, or hungry, or something. To remember who we are and what we’re capable of, we must be present. We must pay attention to our needs. We must love and nurture our body, mind, and spirit.
And we must let knowledge guide our love. That means tuning into who you are; and it means recognizing that you are NOT your ego. You are not your fear.
Let’s remember that love has a solution for every problem. Let’s assume that the solution is there and that we can access it. Let’s trust that truth.
