Don’t worry about where he truth leads …
Jogged again yesterday on the trails near the hotel. Since Sam was working late, thought I’d do four miles, instead of my usual two. As I got started, I decided I’d be content with three. Then, I decided I’d be GRATEFUL for three.
And THEN I realized there was some fear in there … if I jogged four, I’d have to do it again, or top four. Lousy reasoning, right? I jogged the four miles.

What really bothers you?
Guess what? Some of what bothers you in your relationship is more about you than your partner!
It dawned on me that I felt anxiousness in some of Sam’s little remarks–something as innocent as, “Where’s my wallet,” or “I want my kiss.” Well, that’s not Sam’s anxiety. There is no problem; and he’s not suggesting there is (and I know exactly where his wallet is!). But it FEELS like he’s suggesting that something is awry and needs my attention!
And that, friends, touches on how I coped as a child. Order was my sanity, my survival. Definitely about me! But knowing that this still lingers in my unconscious, I can reprogram on a little deeper level. I LOVE this stuff! … More
