The value of breaking …
When this heart fell from a shelf 10 feet off the ground, while we were sleeping, I contemplated the why. Was there a message? A lesson?
Weeks later, after gluing the heart back together, it occurred to me that rather than hide the repair seam, I could paint it with gold. And voila, another lesson: Every heart is intended to learn the value of breaking … and mending.
And as a result, we grow in grace and beauty, strength and resilience, compassion and purity. We grow in love.

Dear Friends … Let’s act on what we actually believe!
If you want to know what you believe, look at what you’re doing. We act on what we believe. And if we evaluate our actions, we in turn evaluate what we truly believe.
We grow up developing habits; and sometimes those habits are based on false beliefs. How many times have you missed out on playing in the rain, because you stopped wanting to, when you thought you’d catch your death of cold?
Let’s align our beliefs with what we actually know. Then, we can take action like we mean it! And we can quit worrying about the results. They won’t matter.
