Again today … find comfort in that

Savored the sunrise yesterday before I walked the beach. And then I stopped often on my walk to be present with the ocean. It’s so symbolic of my life. I begin the day with prayer and meditation. But throughout the day, I stop to re-center, to breathe in love, and be present with what I’m facing.

So little in life is once and for all! We must continually choose to be faithful to love. 💞jd
