We know love is the answer. And we know how it feels. We also know how it feels to push love aside and resort to anger, blame, excuses, playing victim, or even violence.
Negative behavior can offer some temporary relief; but it compounds the “problem.” Let’s catch ourselves when we feel negative emotion BEFORE we act on it; let’s take a deep breath and start again in love.
Let’s consciously choose love … and maybe some day we’ll know and trust love so well that we don’t have to stop and think about it.
